why am i getting the below error when responding to the buyer 

This stream has been blocked by cs error

 

Which rule  have i broken

  Hi Leah,

  Apologies that this has happened to you. We've had a look into your workstream and found that we had received complaints about this buyer not working through the terms and conditions of our platform. Due to this, we have blocked this user and removed any projects that they are working on to protect our freelancer community.

  It's likely not you - the buyer is probably a fake, or a scammer and has been reported by someone else.
