A buyer doesn't have a fixed rate

    Hi Candace,

As Nancy has mentioned, we would advise you to suggest a rate/fixed price in your proposal. The reason the buyer may not have included a price is because they're not sure how much it should be. This is a good opportunity for you to educate the buyer about the pricing of your services.

    Best wishes,

How do you know they'll accept your proposal, and you can't leave it blank.   Read the guides.

As a freelancer you should be able to gauge the time taken to complete plus your own hourly rate, so enter that.  There are other competitors doing this - you need to be proactive and set your own rate.

    Hello Nancy,

Thank you for responding to my question! I figured that was the case, but I wanted to be sure. The platform itself has been a bit confusing, but I understand now. I appreciate the advice.
