Withdraw Delay
Hello PPH Customer Support,
I hope you are well. I am not well. I am very upset at this moment . Last 2 days ago I have withdrawal a small amount still I haven’t received. Today is the 3rd business day. I am a top freelancer of PPH. I get my payment in seven days but after that sometimes it takes 2/3 days after withdrawing my payment. So if we don't get the payment on time, what is the difference between the top freelancer and normal freelancer. We are not from a rich family we are from middle class family so we need our payment on time.

Hi all,
Thanks for getting in touch, and apologies that you’ve been experiencing a slight delay to your withdrawals.
Due to unforeseen technical upgrades and improvements in our financial systems, we regret to inform you that there will be a slight delay in processing payments. While we normally aim to complete payments after your clearing period within 1 to 2 working days, the enhanced security measures and system optimisations have necessitated a slightly longer processing time of 3 to 4 working days.
Please be assured that we are actively working to expedite the payment processing and minimise the delay as much as possible. Our team is dedicated to resolving this situation promptly, and we expect payments to return to the usual 1 to 2 working days following the clearing period timeline.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your understanding during this transitional period.
Thank you for your continued collaboration and understanding.
Best wishes,

I too have an issue. I requested 4 days ago to make payment to my paypal and it got refused and returned and my account has been paid to it before. Is there an issue with payments? I too have to make my monthly bills and I am in the top ranks for this platform... Help PPH please troubleshoot

The lifeblood of PPH resides in its freelancers, whose commitment to the platform and delivery for clients is vital for PPH's existence. One might expect PPH to reciprocate by treating its freelancers with the respect they deserve. Unfortunately, the introduction of delayed payments, coupled with a lack of transparency and communication during these delays, proves more damaging than PPH may realise. People rely on timely payments to meet financial obligations, and after working diligently to complete projects on schedule, waiting 7-14 days for clearance and an additional 5 days or more for funds to reach their banks is unacceptable in today's digital age.
The prolonged 20-day duration from project completion and client payment to actual receipt of funds adds to the frustration. The inadequate communication from PPH further compounds the issue. Regrettably, these delays have compelled me to reconsider PPH as my primary source of work. Inevitably, this decision may incur greater costs for PPH as I seek alternative avenues for expanding my business.

I am aware there is an issue with Paypal however not sure about debit payments (as technically it states they have to process requests within 48 hours) which would be today for me. They do outsource payments to Worldpay as per bank statements so there should be no excuse like the old days when it was done in-house.

Even though they say withdrawals to back accounts are processed within 2 working days, I've always found it to be much quicker usually, sometimes even the same day.
Currently, I'm waiting for a payment from Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Though Thursday's isn't late at the moment, and Wednesdays isn't technically late until today, Tuesdays is days late at this point.

Out of interest then, are people requesting payments every day rather than letting them build up and withdrawing once a week? If you're withdrawing every day, perhaps there's a backlog of requests for them to get through? I'm in the habit of just withdrawing once there's a sizeable amount, or once a fortnight / month or so? I've not had a problem with that, even up to this week.

I withdraw when available as the funds are not ringfenced there is no protection if there is a problem with the liquidity of the business.

I'm wondering if that's part of the problem. Shooting ourselves in the foot. If you have money available daily, and therefore make four or five withdrawals per week, it could create a backlog of requests - we all know PPH seem to have made cutbacks on support. I will only withdraw once a fortnight or month.

I understand your point Nancy, but I'm hesitant to leave money in my PPH wallet for too long. If anything happened to PPH, what would happen to the funds?
Adam, do you mean there is a delay with WorldPay? I've noticed that's how PPH shows up on bank statements, so I assumed they outsourced to them.
