Your probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed
Hi All
I created an account a few years ago, but then ended up getting a full time job so didn't use it.
I have signed up again recently, tried to set up a new account, but it said my email address was already registered, so I used the email and account I set up years ago and it looks like the system doesn't recognize it as a new account. I get the message 'Your probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed and therefore all Freelancer actions are locked We wish you well in your future endeavours.'
I have tried sending a message to the supprot centre but keep getting automated responses that dont really help.
Does anyone know if there is there any way to restart the 3 month probation period as if this was a new account? Or do I need to sign up with a new email address, or cancel my account and set it up again?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Scott

Hi Scott, thanks for your question!
New Freelancers initially have 3 months (qualifying period) to make just 2 sales or bill an aggregate of £100. You must also receive an average feedback of at least 4 stars to get full access to the Freelance features on the platform.
As you haven't been on the platform in a while, this period has expired. We have escalated your query for a member of the team to look into and give you the next best steps. They may be able to help get your profile back up and running, however, there are no guarantees!
Hope this helps and best wishes,

Dear PeoplePerHour Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I recently noticed that I am unable to access my freelancer account fully, despite having an average feedback rating of 4.3 stars, which meets the platform's minimum requirement of 4 stars for full access.
Previously, I received a 1-star review, but the same client later provided a 5-star review, improving my overall rating. I believe this update should reflect positively on my profile. However, I am still experiencing access restrictions.
I kindly request you review my account and provide clarification on any issues that might be affecting my access. If there are any further steps I need to take, please let me know so I can resolve them promptly.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Alam Topu
