I have been asked to provide proof of address but I am currently living with a friend in Spain and do not have any mail sent to this address. Are there any alternative options. Such as signing up to an (online) bank.

  I'm afraid there isn't a way to change your location manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this corrected - sorry about that!
