Where is support
19 days have elapsed since I sent a request and not a single response from the support team. This site is getting worse every day. Here are some simple tips for your management:
1. Hire more staff and have a reasonable 3-day turnaround for queries.
2. Quit the copy-and-paste responses.
3. Remove the sign-up button on the website if you are not accepting applications.
4. Delete or archive profiles that are not active in the last 2-years.
5. Promote freelancers that work on your site. Again today a designer that has no reviews since 2020. Complete joke.
