    Hi there, thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear you're having some trouble closing your account. 

    Once you're logged in follow these steps to deactivate your account: 

    •       You will see your profile image appearing on the black toolbar stripe on the top of the site - on the same place where you logged in (in case you have not uploaded any images, you will see it greyed out)
    •       Please click there and in the appearing box below, please click on 'Settings'
    •       On you settings page, under General Settings (default screen), you will see the row 'Account' and the status 'Active'
    •       Please click on the 'Edit' link on the right-hand side to deactivate the account
    •       After reading the details below, you can click on the link 'here' at the end of the context 

    Once you have done this, some automated checks will take place to ensure your account is in good standing, for example that there are no jobs in progress. After this, your request will be processed within one business day.
