Need your help to create a new security question as I have forgot the answer of the old security question.

  I'm afraid there isn't a way to reset your security code manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team to get this changed. 

  We can see your ticket in the system already and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as they are available to help.
