Job notifications

Hi there,

I've completed two jobs and want to know if there is any way to receive notifications for new jobs posted on the site so that I can send my proposals.

In settings I saw an option under Notifications - Job notifications called job recommendations from PPH but I've not received a single recommendation except the direct invitations from buyers.

I want to know how this thing works.
