Application for a freelancer.

Hi,
I have been trying to send my application after completing my profile as a Graphic designer to be accepted for freelance work but every time I get a pop-up that says we are currently not accepting new freelancers.
can anyone tell me why it is happening and how can I get my application approved?

  Hi there,

  We're sorry that your application was not accepted. Please understand we have a very high volume of applications and in order to protect our existing community we have to put strict limits on our application process.
