no reposne on my requesr since 4 days

Is CS alive here , why nobody bother to respond , do we earn money just to keep it on pendin last month i receve my withdrawal after 14 days now same is being done this time . Since 18 this is the 4th working day and no repsonse netierh the funds are sent to account i dont know what is wrong with this site, if you dont afford to pay us tell us so we can move towards some other platform why you are creating a mess

  We can see your ticket in the system and a member of the payments team has been in touch with more information. It seems to be an issue with the transfer of the fees as it can take a while for them to appear.
