Offer completing time

I want to know how is the time to complete an offer calculated?

For example, I have an offer for a 1 day delivery time. Is that time counted once the client purchases that offer and till the invoice gets paid? Because sometimes I submit the work sooner than the delivery time but the client takes more time to pay an invoice, more than 1 day. Does that effect the ranking?

  Hi there, thanks for your message.

  The delivery time counts from the moment the offer is purchased until the deliverables are provided, then an invoice is raised. It then falls to the buyer to pay - thus completing the collaboration. A workstream can only be marked as completed by a buyer, and why it would still appear under the in-progress list.

  Also, my offer is showing in "Workstreams in progress" after 3 days of it's completion. Will this effect the ranking?
