New post offers problems & new offer post

Hi. I posted two Posts, that are not accepted in any way. And I don`t understand what's wrong. I do changes them, and they do not accept them anyway. I want to understand what is wrong? and why are all 4 accepted, and the last two are not accepted? One with Tattoo fonts, and other with car wraps. Please help me, and explain clearly. Thank you.
