It would be a great feature, (and would mean more billable work for PPH), if freelancers could advertise en masse and directly to their clients (the clients that have awarded them work in past of course), new features of their skillset, or the fact they’ve updated their portfolio.

This would be through PPH in the normal way, not outside PPH communication.

You could make this opt in for buyers so they're not spammed.

  I do this by searching a previous workstream we've worked on - and sending a message there.
