    PPH Support has been ignoring my ticket for a month now as well. Ticket #1084334 which was opened 10 months ago, sent a request for an answer a month ago, then another follow-up 22 days ago, then another follow-up 14 days ago. 3 consecutive messages in the thread from my end without a response from PPH Support. Even opened a new ticket to ask why ticket #1084334 is not being handled, this new ticket was closed after few days without giving me there any response. And this is when I'm ranked 50th on this platform. PPH - You should at least provide some priority to the TOP CERT sellers.
