Can't add withdrawal to bank account because envoytransfers.com doesn't work

I'm doing Add a new account → Bank Account and getting redirected to envoytransfers.com . But this website won't open.

I tried to open this website through a mobile network (instead of a home network) and even through Tor but they can't open it either. According to IsSiteDownRightNow, it's down for everybody, not just for me.

What should I do? Can you help?
