Funds have been charged to my credit card by PPH without my permission

On June 7th I made what I understood was a one time payment for my ad to be featured in PPH, since then there have been multiple unauthorized withdrawals from my credit card by PPH. This is actually terrifying to me and I ask for the featuring to be ceased immediately and my funds from the unauthorized charges be returned immediately.

  I followed your directions and can’t find a way to stop the promotion, I had to remove my card from being drained in addition to pausing the ad. I know things are hard, but robbing your struggling customers is not the way. Additionally I would like a full refund of those unauthorized charges as soon as possible.
