No customer support

It is so frustrating to work in this plarform were there isnt any support for your troubles or question and there isnt a system to solve your configuration/verification by yourself without their help. Every issue you must "solve" by "contact support" which doesnt reply you. Without mentioning the fact that +50% of the projects are scammers.
