Why so long to moderate a project?

I have tried to post an urgent project tonight.  Exactly an hour later it's still under moderation. 

The project was very clearly explained and would present no problem to either a moderator or freelance transcriber.

I've just had to cancel it - and at 11pm work on this myself.  This is totally unacceptable.  Do you want us to post projects or not?  Just silence.  How to anger TOP CERT freelancers in one fell swoop, PPH.  Please advise how long we need to wait to have a project posted on your boards, because this is really not good enough.

  Hi Nancy, thanks for your message and sorry to hear about your experience. 

  A public project always goes through a moderation review by a specific team to make sure that the post not only complies with our policies but for security reasons.

  This also applies to "urgent" projects. The moderation review can take up to 1 working day to process.

  It's really not good enough for it to take up to a day, especially if it's urgent.  You may wish to rethink this as you're losing custom.  I would have willingly paid for a freelancer to do my project, but due to it not being posted in good time I had to do it myself.  Crazy.
