Want to change account from user to business

I am using PPH to purchase vendor services for my client. I created an account as a personal user. Last week, my vendor was unable to complete the work I had purchased, so they refunded the amount to my PPH account. Now, the only option I have is to withdraw the funds to my bank account, which is not under my name.

I would like to change my user account to a business account so that I can withdraw the funds to my business account. Please let me know which documents are required for this change. Additionally, I would like to know if it is safe to proceed with this change.
