Sending two proposals for one job?

I have a bit of confusion about PPH proposals. I sent a proposal to a client within the week and as of now, I have received another notification to bid again. Is sending multiple proposal for the same client a thing here in PPH?

  Hi there, thanks for your message.

  Systemic job invitations are automatically sent by the system, which means that it doesn't recognise if you have already submitted a proposal on the project. If you have already submitted a Proposal, you can simply ignore the invitation.
