I'm a first-timer user here in peopleperhour, how secure the files that i am downloading from this site the buyer included in their project proposal?

  Public projects are always reviewed by the moderation team. Though, if you are concerned about a specific file, you can provide the support team with the link to the project and it can be looked into further.

  However, as per our Terms of Website use, we are not liable for information such as files but we are always here to assist if something comes up.
