Very diligent moderation Ninja's, no actual support
Every time I try to make contact with a freelancer it is 'moderated by the moderation ninjas'. Upon contact with support to find out why, I have no response. I have used PPH in the past and found it an excellent way to connect with good freelancers but now none of my messages get though. Also, you don't even email to let me know that the message never got through, so I'm sitting waiting for a response when they never got the message. Useless.
