Hi, I got a refund from PPH yesterday but they didn't add it in my user account.

  Hi there, we can see your ticket in the system. Please be assured that someone will respond and help with your query. Please also do be aware that replying to the same ticket causes delays and pushes your query to the back of the queue. Someone will be in touch when they can to help.
