Please note that now web/software developments are too much complex and time taking, so hourly delivery time must be more than 5 days.

You still make the restrictions of only 5 days delivery time. Which is insufficient. Please try to under stand it. Some work can take 3-6 months for ex: Core Web Vitals, Technical SEO, SEO, Website Speed Optimization and other technical work.

Also there are some issue in your offer management system.
Suppose a client purchased offer/hourly. In that offer/hourly, mentioned clearly "*Please discuss first before make an order of this offer." But client ignored it and purchased that Offer/hourly without discussion. On the other side max 5 days delivery time, It is making uncomfortably. Client did not shared any information regarding website, so how can freelancer start the work. Client did not provided any admin access, So how can freelancer start the work ? How can freelancer make the changes ?

If freelancer do not deliver the work within 5 days then freelancer rank will go down and freelancer will not get attentions from clients and will not get offer from clients and will not get work from other clients. So please try to understand freelancer situations.

I have done huge lists of website speed speed optimization in PPH and having 5 start feedback records. I can do speed optimization of any types of website. But I need sufficient work. 5 days delivery of hourly is not justice for me. Try to understand I am a human and Try to understand I also get tired. I want sufficient time.

Please make the changes in offer/hourly for up to delivery time 3-6 months.
