No More Freelancers
Why will PPH not listen to freelancers on the site.
There is already a dramatic reduction of revenue on the site and yet you still keep allowing these unqualified and rather damaging new freelancers to join the site. There is no vetting of profiles and it seems like any individual who has a free Canva account is signing up.
I work in the writing category and really can you say buyers will have any confidence when you have new active such as:

There are countless of example (50+) in the CV writing category alone that don't have a clue, who plagariarise content or just use the same generic AI content. Frankly who is going to pay £165 for this as an offer description:
With over 16 years of working experience as Director, I conducted hundreds of interviews myself; will be in the best position to help polish the CVs
PeoplePerHour really needs to sort this out as the site is only going downhill due to allowing these people to become sellers. Why not review offers properly and not let them go live for 7 days or limit freelancers to one category only and a maximum number of offers

Hey Adam,
I agree with you.
Unfortunately, PPH is guiding their customers and clients to value "low prices" and "unverified resumes" rather than "the quality" or any other factors.
I am in the "Video Editing" category, while I am offering a reliable and affordable £50 service for a well-edited and high-quality YouTube video, there are some who are offering £10 for multiple products, like 5 IG reels! That's awful! Yes, we have taxes, we are from different cultures and different parts of the world but no longer are business owners and loyal customers looking for quality, reliability, and long-term collaborations. They are looking for lower and lower prices.
Yes, my £50 offer will never again host any visitor because of the £10 ones existing there. I am forced to lower my prices to compete with them and while I can not afford my daily life it is not unlikely that soon will qualified and professional new freelancers leave this platform. The same goes for loyal and professional customers as well.
So PPH please re-think your strategies, for your survival.
