UNABLE TO CREATE OFFER- NEED ASSISTANCE

My name is Aditi Kamini, and I recently registered on PeoplePerHour as a freelancer. However, I am facing an issue with creating offers on the platform.
I successfully completed my registration process yesterday, but whenever I try to create an offer for my services. I have tried multiple times, but the problem persists.
I believe there might be a technical glitch or some other configuration problem on my account that is causing this issue. As a new user, I am eager to start working on projects and showcase my skills, but this problem hinders my progress.
I kindly request your support and guidance to resolve this matter at the earliest convenience.

does the error message you get state: "Something went wrong!"?
I am contineusly getting that message whenever I try to post an offer so I am eager to know how the problem can be fixed. Please if the problem is the same and you find a solution answer my question.
