how can i change my job title , about me and my skills section? and i can't upload my protfolio ?

I have tried several times to update my profile "job title, About you, and skills" from the profile edit section of my account but it is not working.  I can't update my portfolio also.

kindly fix the problem as soon as possible

  Hi there,

  I'm afraid you'll need to have your freelancer application accepted first. If you've been rejected, you can reapply in 3 months.
