Payment delays
I am facing major issues due to payment delays. I have cleared 14 days waiting period on 6th of March at 12 pm. I sent a withdrawal request on the 6th at 12 pm. Its 8th March now and 6 pm in the evening but PPH has not released the funds. Its more than 54 hours.
This happened last month too. I was asked to submit documents, than the client was questioned if the work is done. Firstly, no client will release the invoice unless hes completely satisfied with the work. So theres no point in asking the client if the work has been completed. Thats what reviews are for!
Working with PPH from 12 years now and this payment being held for so long is really frustrating.
When payment is already being held for 14 days why is it taking another 48 to 72 hours for the payment to be released. We really work hard to satisfy our clients and PPH should be responsible enough to clear the payments on time.
