Who deletes the work after receiving the buyer

The specific Stream has been blocked because Zude R. is no longer an active member of PPH. Please note that all available Escrow funds have now been credited to the Buyer's PPH account.
Need some help? Contact our amazing Customer Support Ninjas.                                                 If the buyer deletes it again to accept any work .Then why this message comes.Pleass tell me what should I do now .Now I gat any money from the buyer?
