I submitted a ticket over 4 days ago and I still haven't had a response. The person I purchased a job from is clearly a robot and I want my money back! What kind of Sh*t show are you running here?!

  Hello Jo,
  I understand and have gone through this myself, the refund just doesn’t happen like this, you need to talk to the freelancer to refund you the money, if the freelancer refuses to refund the money they you can make a dispute. However for more information someone from PPH will get back to you
