Qualifying period ended

I signed up to PPH a few months ago but never used to platform - never actually applied to any jobs or received any payments.

It's now saying this period is over and I have to pay. Is there any way to get another 3 months as I never even used the first 3 months?

  Hi there,

  New Freelancers initially have 3 months (qualifying period) to make just 2 sales or bill an aggregate of £100. You must also receive an average feedback of at least 4 stars to get full access to the Freelance features on the platform. If you have already made sales and have 5 stars, then you should have access to these features.
