Client ghosted me
Hi PPH community,what I amm going to do if my client ghost me,after I send him an invoice to pay me in full, he did not accept it.is there any chance I will get fully paid? He accepted the proposal at first and deposit a halft pay which is 40£.my problem is,theres a 60£ he need to pay for the project which is complete now and he ghosted me.btw sorry for my bad English :>

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with a buyer If you believe the work has been completed and the deadline for the invoice has passed, then you can raise a dispute within your workstream.
Once you have done this, our team will take a look at the situation and advise from there. In future, we'd suggest requesting a high percentage of the project as a deposit to give yourself more protection.
