Complaints Procedure
I have requested with PPH support for the memorable name to be reset on my account so I can download invoices and pay developers. 9 days later and still nothing...
Please can myself and the community be advised where to make official complaints that can be escalated beyond support as this would not be acceptable in most businesses.
Look forward for someone to deal firstly with the account issue and then to advise on the official complaints procedure going forward and how such issues can be escalated when they become unreasonable.

Hi there,
We can see your ticket in the system and that you've been in touch a few times on the same query. Due to how our ticket system works, this has unfortunately delayed our response to you - sorry about that. This is because tickets are sorted based on the date of a customer's last reply which has pushed your query to the back of the queue.
We have chased this with a member of the team, so you should get a response soon about resetting your account. Thanks again for your patience and hopefully this will be resolved soon.
