Blurry Profile Picture

Good day,

I am new to PPH but having problems with my profile picture.

Every profile picture I try looks blurry. Even the ones I had used in the past which was perfect now look blurry when I upload on my profile picture.

Please help me, it has taken me sometime to create my profile and I dont want to apply for jobs with a blurry picture because it looks so unproffesional.
