PROFILE IMAGE PROBLEMS

I am just getting started here and have been working on my profile and portfolio. I am having a great deal of trouble with the uploading of my Profile Image. Half a dozen times or more I have submitted an image, and it never appears where it’s supposed to be on my Profile. How can I make this happen? Can I get this done without asking Support and having to wait a week for an answer? I hope someone can help. Thanks.

  Hi there, thanks for your question! 

  The reason why your profile picture may not have been uploaded immediately is that it's waiting to be approved by the moderation team. This doesn't mean that it wasn't unsuccessful, it just means that it's still to be reviewed ☺️

  Please allow 24 hours for this change to be applied and ensure that the profile picture you're changing to is a picture of yourself and not a logo or cartoon. If you are registered under a company, however, a company logo is acceptable.
