If someone have urgency what should they do? It has been 3 days since I created a ticket and still no response.

  Hi there, please be aware that there was a public bank holiday in the UK on Friday and Monday which is why delays may be slower than usual.

  Please be assured that the support team are back online today and will be responding to queries as quickly as possible.

  Please don't lie.

  My above message was 5 days ago and the ticket I created is now 8 days ago.

  Payment withdrawal request was completed on 24th March and payment still not received. At the same time I created the ticket but no one bother to reply my ticket yet.

  This is how UK's very big platform works?

  I must the say that the support system is very poor and need to improve it.

  I dont get how Peopleperhour works. every time I put in a bid, the job gets canceled and then I get a message from them saying they want me to contact them via telegram.... What's up with that?
