Endorsements Not Showing

Do we genuinely need to have people who are only members of PPH who can endorse us? I dont want to ask people to create a profile but I know 5+ people have endorsed me for work I have completed for them and none of them have shown.

Its a huge waste of their time when they put the effort into completing this for me with their honest reviews etc for it to go nowhere - would it not make sense to make them aware of this if it is the case?

  Hi there, thanks for your message.

  Endorsements appear on a user's profile only if members of PPH have given them. This way we can also ensure that they are valid.

  Funny that -  I've got lots and lots of endorsements on my profile page.  Only about five are valid.  

  The rest are from chancers who endorse me hoping I'll repay the favour.  I don't.

  I’ve had genuine people on my linked in and on social media who I have worked for and alongside who have tried to endorse me but they don’t particularly want to sign up to a website they have no intentions of using.

  The logic is flawed here
