6 days ago i am withdrawing from my PPH account but i do not receive my money yet .i dont know why . i message support they do not respond anymore like they are sleeping.. its not break terms and conditions as they are committed 2 working day need for payment clear ? but still i am waiting for their reply .

  Hi there, 

  Please be aware that there was a bank holiday over the weekend which has caused delays. The support and payments team are back online today and will be processing requests as normal. Please allow 2-3 working days for requests to be met.

  Payment withdrawal request was completed on 24th March and payment still not received. At the same time I created the ticket but no one bother to reply my ticket yet.

  This is how UK's very big platform works?

  I must the say that the support system is very poor and need to improve it.
