BUYER PROBLEM WITH REFUND
I am very sad to see that the buyer wants a full refund! I do not agree to refund this payment. I do not agree with the customer's reason for refund request. In the start, the customer gave me a very poor brief, I asked additional questions to understand the project better. If you read our communication and check the design I delivered, I did exactly what the buyer requested. I also think I delivered a better quality and aesthetic design to the buyer especially compared to their previous illustrator. I also worked day and night to deliver the job as soon as possible! I sent the job to the buyer, exactly what they asked for, in high quality on time!!! The buyer instantly asked for a refund without even communicating with me or asking me to revise the job. I think the buyer has malicious intent. The buyer already can click on my job and save it on their computer! They can already use the design I worked on. I reject this refund request, and I kindly request PPH support for doing what is right and rejecting this refund request.
