Don't have VAT and so can't raise invoice

Please support so that I can raise invoice for a work done.

I'm a freelancer and don't have VAT number.

  You don't need a VAT number unless your turnover is around £85K a year

  I can't send invoice request as shown in attached screen shot red square comment.
  I already added my personal data except VAT which I don't have.

  It doesn't ask you for VAT.   We don't pay VAT unless we hit £85K a year, which isn't really feasible.  I'd just email support or see if they answer here.  But they're not asking for VAT.

  I'm a freelancer here.  I'm nothing to do with PPH.  I guess if they haven't contacted you, then no.  Did you raise a ticket?
