No PPH support response
I have been waiting for response from PPH support since 9 days, and One of my ticket was closed by the PPH support without responding me, how to sort the issues.

Thanks for your message and apologies for the delay - we're experiencing an unprecedented amount of tickets at the moment which is causing long wait times, we do apologise.
We have escalated this matter to a senior member of the team who will look into this and provide an update as soon as they can.
