Can I please get a response to my questions
I submitted a ticket 3 days ago to ask a simple question clarifying fees because the information seems to be contradictory. No response. I posted the question in the community yesterday, no response. But I got an email today that I had been downgraded because I had not responded to a client request. Well the answer to my question is critical to the downgrade. You have time to downgrade me but don't have time to answer my question? I just need an answer which should be readily available. Could someone please take 5 minutes and respond to my ticket or my community post?
