Accessibility problem in form edit box using TalkBack

I am 100% blind & am on Motivate 3 with chrome browser. on the profile page after one signs up, the first edit field will read but I cannot enter it to append any info whatsoever so I currently am not able to.access or use this site. I am in the freelancer section. Help is immensely appreciated.

  i have 2 accounts and i cannot delete the older one
