Client's is asking me to contact thru telegram? Is this safe?

Hi there,

I was new here and after client's ask me to submit a proposal she is asking me to reach out thru Telegram, is this SAFE? Sorry but I was new here. I really don't have idea if you allow all this.

  New here or not, the amount of freelancers who do not read the terms and conditions never ceases to amaze me.  Why wouldn't you?

  Like I've said - especially as a newcomer, why wouldn't you read all the terms and conditions before you started work?  They are there for a reason, to protect from issues like this.  You'd read the small print in other things, insurance contracts, employment contracts, etc.  Acquainting yourself with the rules diminishes the likelihood of things going wrong. Shut the stable door before the horse bolts.

  I read it and I just wanted to be sure. Since twice the Clients posting and offering me a job. I also read in this community that it always happen, so I'm just wondering why this platform allowing this "SCAM", as what you said and didn't even notice. There is no Report Button either. So I ask, since I thought Help Support will give us hint and awareness with polite and professional manners. Anyway thank you for your time.
