Ticket #1207363 created 1 month ago still not resolved.
I know I will get silly excuses that we are experiencing a high demand for support at the moment.
You've the system that deduct fee within seconds when invoice paid but when the freelancer need help they have to wait for several month to get answer or getting the issue resolved.
Most of the support persons are here only for closing the tickets after giving copy/paste answer and wrong urls in answers without proper understanding the issue.
Mr Xenios If you are reading this message. This ticket is specially for you. Please take serious look and improve your support department which needs your action otherwise freelancers will go to other platforms. I hope you'll read this message.
I request other freelancers to support this ticket If you agree with me.
