The Support system is dead - Waiting for response from more than 3 days now

My funds are available for withdrawn but i still cannot withdraw them to my bank account as withdrawing to bank account option is not selectable and i have message support multiple times asking for reason but they are sleeping.

  Hi Rakesh, thanks for your message. Please be assured that if you messaged the team they will be in touch as soon as they are available to help. 

  The typical time to process withdrawal requests is after 2 weeks of escrow (clearing period). Once this time time has passed, you will then be able to withdraw your funds which typically take 2-3 working days to process.

  Clearing period passed already, fund is available for withdrawal but i can not select transfer to bank option, only transfer to paypal is available. Why is it so?
