Approved profile gets unapproved messages
I have registered with People Per Hour and my profile was accepted last Friday 26 April 2024. I am, however, experiencing an issue when I want to complete my offer etc. in that I repeatedly get a pop-up message informing me that I cannot continue until my profile has been approved. How can I go about completing the set-up and have my profile go live?

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry for any confusion - it looks like your profile was rejected. When you got an approved message, it was about the changes you made to your application, however, your profile has not passed our moderation team and we cannot offer you a freelancer account.
We've put together a rejection guide that may provide more insight into why your application may have been rejected.
