Needed help... but now it's worse than ever!
We employed a freelancer to fix our Wordpress site but they've made it far, far worse and they have now stopped responding to any of our messages.
To make matters worse, Customer Service are also ignoring our pleas for help.
We're at our wits-end because it's utterly obliterated our small publishing business and wiped a decade's worth of records.
Can anyone advise on what paths are open to us in our quest to get this awful situation remedied?
