Notification sent to clients

My qualification period ended yesterday, but I only learned about it this morning. You've sent notifications to all the clients to whom I submitted proposals, which has negatively impacted my credibility. As soon as I noticed the expiration, I renewed it. But now, with the notifications already sent, what am I supposed to do? Can you provide an explanation for your actions?
